Returns, Refunds & Subscription Policy

Subscription Nature of Product
The Cop Stories is a printed postcard storytelling subscription service. Because our products are consumable printed materials, we generally do not accept returns once items have been delivered.

Cancellations (Important)

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at thecopstories@gmail.com.

  • Cancellations will apply to future shipments only
  • Once a postcard has been processed, printed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled or refunded

Refunds (Fairness Policy)

While we do not offer traditional returns, we want to be fair.

We will offer a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was lost in transit
  • Your postcard arrived damaged or defective

To request a resolution, contact us within 14 days of delivery at thecopstories@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos (if applicable)

Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds or returns for:

  • Delivered postcards (non-defective)
  • Subscription payments already processed for fulfilled shipments
  • Change of mind after an item has shipped

Exchanges

Because postcards are limited-run prints, we do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, we will send a replacement when available.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if there is any issue. We’ll make it right.

EU Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel within 14 days only if the item has not yet been shipped or fulfilled.
